CARS!!!!!!

I couldn't believe my eyes..... Is this really the solution??? Do they really think that by doing that people will stop racing? How naive they are in their thinking... =..=" They might as well donate the cars to those people who need a car badly but can't afford any.... Someone like me~~~ =P
