I ain't smart. But just a little Googling did return some results.
You can send ice-cream via air delivery (using UPS, delivered in approx 1-3 days). They'll know how to handle your ice-cream with care.
And, there are already many websites that actually sells and deliver ice-creams to your doorstep from anywhere in the world (If UPS covers your area)!
