LAST Saturday, connection was darn slow... Why? I have no idea... I called up TM NUT as I was rushing assignment and I need to use the internet urgently. They lodged a report for me and asked me to called TM as my telephone line was full of noise, hence, my surving was slow. Ok... Acceptable reason... I called up TM and they told me that they had lodged a report but they can't give me a spotaneous answer as the technical people is looking at the problem. They asked to call back at 8pm... *If not mistaken, I called TM NUT 3 times on Saturday* How slow is slow? I used around 5 minutes to open Yahoo website. I meant HALF of the website. Madness. I gave up and do the assignment just with the help of 1 book and few website that I manage to save. DISASTER!!!! Oh ya, due to assignment, I forgot to call back TM.
Sunday? Went to church and I enjoy myself there =P
Monday? I woke up 5 something and on the internet.... Good news??? I manage to log in but I can't even view a SINGLE website!!!! I called TM to check on my line and I got to know that my line is fixed, I was asked to call Streamxy for the internet problem. Called TM NUT AGAIN... What else good news I got from them?? "Oh? You lodged a report? It's not in the system." =..=" WHAT IS THIS???? "Ok miss, I will lodge a report for you now. We will look into the problem". =..=" GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE... I LIKE IT SO MUCH!
Tuesday..... I on my PC..... Great.... Now I can't even LOG IN THE INTERNET! =..=" CALLED TM NUT....
TM nut: "Miss, did you check with TM with your line?" *The line is clear yet that person is asking such a question*
33: "yes, I had"
TM nut: "OK, Miss, now check your modem, is everything alright? Did you restart the modem to try to log in again?"
33: "Yes, I did"
After a long time of "chattting", they realise that it is their fault... What really happened??? THEY CUT OFF MY DSL LINE!!!!!! =..=" My line has no outstanding fees, didn't change address, didn't change product, didn't change the user, NOTHING!!!! I have no fault at all but they cut my line without any reason... UNTIL NOW.... The only answer they gave me is... "The case is pass to the specialist and we will fix the problem asap". I was so fed up with their calls and I said to them "It's pointless for you to call me so many times tell me that it will be fix asap yet it is unfix and I am paying for the service." Yes, I know it rude... But can you imgine? I am rushing my assignment and I don't have internet to do research and I am paying for a service that I am not using...
UNTIL NOW.... STILL NO INTERNET!!!! MORE THAN 1 WEEK!!!! TM NUT IS DARN GOOD!!! SUPPORT TM NUT MORE!!!! >.<
I am currently in Da's place, typing this post to realise myself... Madness... I HATE TM NUT SERVICE! >.<
